Returns

To start a return, please use our Return Portal HERE.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.  We offer Store Credit only within 14 days.   

All Sale items are Final

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit unfortunately sale items cannot be.

If an item ends in $0.99 or is more than 30% off the item is final sale and non-returnable.

Shipping

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
